FAQ's & Policies

Here are the answers to some common questions and my current policies.

  • HOURLY PRICING: All services have the same hourly price of $130 per hour. This price is all inclusive and gratuity free. The amount of time booked is the amount of time paid for. There are no gendered services. Each appointment time includes consultation, color mixing, processing time, styling, photo taking, product recommendations, and checkout.

  • DEPOSIT: A non refundable deposit of 25% of services booked is required for all bookings. The deposit amount will go towards your services at the time of your appointment. If you cancel or no show your appointment, this deposit will not be refunded but it will go towards the 50% cancellation/ no show fee. If you reschedule for a later date, the deposit will then go towards that new appointment

  • CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, a 48 Hr notice must be made. If 48 Hr's notice is not given, or you no show the appointment then 50% of the services booked will be charged. This is to give enough time to fill your appointment slot with another appointment. 

  • 15 MIN LATE: If you are 15 minute or more late to your appointment, then it is likely that I will no longer be able to take you and we will have to reschedule your appointment for another day.

  • REFUNDS OF SERVICES: I do not offer refunds on services. The service cost covers the cost of the products used to do your hair service, as well as the amount of hours spent on your hair. In the event that you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, small adjustments can be made such as a gloss or toner if you have notified me no later than 1 week after the original service was done. Services such as more lightening, are not small adjustments and a new paid appointment must be made. Going lighter, and blonde is always a process that needs multiple appointments and services. 

  • REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS: Refunds on products purchased in the salon can be made within 30 days of purchase, and if the product is more than half full. 

  • PHONE NUMBER: Yes my salon phone is TEXT ONLY. You can call it, but I will not answer. This is for my own organization, as well as ease for booking while talking to you at the same time. Keep in mind we do not have a receptionist at the salon, so I can not be talking on the phone while doing hair at the same time :) Its easier for me to answer a text when available. 

  •  NEW CLIENTS: All new hair color clients must fill out my new client form before booking. My books are very full, and this ensures that we will be the right fit for each other before booking. Haircut only clients do not need to fill out this form and can book right away.

  • PARKING: The salon is located right next to the Climate Pledge Arena. Please keep this in mind when coming to your appointment. During construction as well as on Event days, parking is very limited. We have 4 hour parking right in front of the salon as well as more 2 hour and 4 hour parking around the surrounding blocks. There is also a few different parking lots around the area. Parking on Event days will be a lot more expensive, so if you live near by I would check the schedule before driving to your appointment and maybe take another mode of transport.
